Perplexity did a fine job explaining an academic concept, identified a math sequence, discussed a cultural issue with context, and analyzed the key themes from a well-known book. Having the sources up front and visible was nice, too. I did like how Perplexity presents sources in front of its answers.

OpenAI has started using Google’s AI chips to power ChatGPT and other products, as reported by Reuters.
